  • Do I need a ticket to attend?

    Yes. All attendees require a pre-booked ticket. Entrance will not be permitted to those without one. Tickets will not be available on the door unless advised. Children aged under two will also require tickets but these will be free of charge. Children aged under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • What does my ticket include?

    Tickets include admission to the show. All attendees will require a ticket. Children aged under two will also require tickets but these will be free of charge. Onsite parking is free.

  • How will I receive my tickets?

    All tickets will be emailed direct to the booker by our ticketing partner Citizen Ticket. Tickets should be printed out or QR codes ready on your phone for scanning. If you have not received your tickets please contact Citizen Tickets Customer Service.

  • When should I arrive?

    Please aim to arrive at least 15 mins before the show start time. This will allow time to park and make your way to the venue. Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of the ushers. Please do come up to 30 minutes earlier to enjoy some mulled wine or hot chocolate from the bar

  • What should I wear?

    As we have changed venue, we are no longer in a tipi or outside. The Marine Hotel is fully heated and we have coat rails if you wish to hang your coat up.

  • What age is the show suitable for?

    The show is a family friendly show and all ages are welcome. We also think teenagers and adults will love it. Children aged under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note the show will be loud with flashing lights.

  • How long is the show?

    The show is just under 1 hour long. There are no intervals. You are welcome to come early to have a drink from our bar half an hour before your show start time.

  • Can I take food & drink into the show?

    Yes, food and drink can be taken into the show. However, hot food is not permitted and drinks should have a lid. The Marine bar will be serving drinks. There will be no snacks for sale so please do bring your own.

  • What if I'm running late?

    Latecomers will be admitted. However, this will be at the discretion of the ushers at a point that will not disturb the performance.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Tickets cannot be refunded. However, you can pass your tickets on to other people by using the transfer functionality in your ticket wallet. If you require any additional support, please contact Citizen Ticket Customer Service.

  • Can I reschedule my tickets?

    You can exchange your tickets to another available date/timeslot subject to availability. Sign into your Citizen Ticket account and use the Exchange button in your ticket wallet. If you require any additional support, please contact Citizen Ticket Customer Service.

  • Is there parking?

    Yes, the hotel has a free private car park directly opposite and there is also free on street parking. Wheelchair accessible parking is available closer to the entrance.

  • Is seating reserved?

    No. Seating is on a first come first served basis so we recommend arriving early. There is bench seating as well as floor seating at the front for children so they can get up close to the action as well as for the best possible view.

  • Is the show wheelchair accessible?

    Yes. We have accessible parking close to the entrance and will ensure all wheelchair users are given priority entrance and suitable positions. Please do inform us during booking if you or any of your party are wheelchair users. Carer tickets are available upon requesting by contact info@roguevillage.com.

  • What happens if the event is cancelled?

    If the event is cancelled by the event organisers we will offer a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule. You will be notified by email at our earliest opportunity as well as through our social media channels.

  • Will the event be cancelled in the event of bad weather?

    Out tipis are watertight and heated so we do not expect to have to cancel any shows. However, if high winds are causing a threat to the tipis, and therefore customer safety, we may have to cancel. Attendees will be offered a refund or the opportunity to re-book.

  • Can I bring my dog?

    Dogs are not permitted with the exception of guide and assistance dogs.

  • Can I bring a buggy?

    To ensure the safety and comfort for those attending, buggies are not permitted in the event space. There is a limited area for buggies but we recommend leaving buggies at home or in the car and using a carrier if required.
